Took me about 5 minutes to realize these were not going to work and needed to be returned.

Small pliers (very small). I bought these for finishing off stainless fishing spinner wires ( 0.31 and 0.35) wire. The round noses were ground poorly and of slightly different size. Most of the nose had a big gap which makes finishing off spinner eyes hard, the gap kept letting the wire slip as I rounded over (180 degrees) I could not grip the wire with the pliers to do an offset on the spinner eye (to make it centered). Noses were bent (seems like there was a big gap and they just bent the very ends together).

These pliers would possibly have worked on split rings? or something other than wire bending. I bought a pair of Knipex - yes about 3 times the price. I am not willing to take another chance on a poor quality pliers. Love my other knipex pliers and feel they are worth the extra price. I am sure there are serviceable pliers out there under $10 for wire forming, this is not one.
