Fallkniven F1 Black Coated Military Survival Knife Review

Pros: VG-10 blade steel, this is a very good steel for edge retention and ease of resharpening, very grippy handle, even when wet. Good chopper, used mine to chop up fiber board and old pallets for fire wood and kindling. It held it's edge very well. Nice, solid sheath with a smooth finish.
Cons: None other than the button that locks the handle into the sheath is no longer black. This is a very slight issue.
I am currently deployed to Afghanistan, this knife has come in very handy.
