This unit works just as well as the Millers and Lincolns but at half the cost. Free shipping too! Perfect addition to the garage, shop or man cave.The only improvement I can see is that they neglect to offer a pinout diagram for the power cord to aid in wiring the plug. Wire colors are Black, White and Green which can lead to some logical assumptions but I hate to make assumptions particularly with 230VAC 50A service. To their credit the response to email for product clarification was timely and accurate. Black and White are both hot, Green is neutral. This should be specifically stated in the product owner's manual.
Unit is spool gun ready, just flip the switch. Set up for FCAW but polarity is a cinch to reverse for GMAW, just add your favorite bottle of shield gas.
