I had this fastener for about 3 weeks I guess and had only one jam of the staples. Very frustrated at first until I read the directions for removing the jam and it was very easy then...so I guess my advice is to read the little details of this product if one encounter any trouble. I had one product called Powershot (not the same) similar to this but it jammed so much I finally got this one. I will say the( Powershot old one) did work with a bit more ease than this one but this one seems to do a good job. Don't really need the case it comes in but I guess for storing it , it may be useful. I will say it loads a full measure of the staples which is nice as the other one I had to always break the load to make them fit. So .. this product is okay so far with me. Thanks.
