This will attach to either the corded or cordless Jobmax. Snaps on cleanly and removes okay - the attachment mechanism is good but not optimal. Some sort of a twisting action would be better if you are wearing gloves. The head is decently powerful when mated to the corded unit. Less than average dedicated driver but better than the small cordless units. If you already own a Jobmax, it's a great deal as a dedicated driver is $150+. The torque is adequate to drive a 3 inch screw into lumber. Wonderful for accessing confined spaces. One downside to consider when driving phillips head screws is that you need downward pressure on the screw - this means you need two hands to operate this unit - one to press the trigger, the other to hold the head down. I have found this is not so much the case for torx screws.
