The length of this screwdriver made securing a flat screen TV to the wall mount a breeze. The "locking" mechanism is inset quite a way from the edge of the TV. Without a L O N G screwdriver the locking mechanism would not be employed. This keeps the TV from sliding side to side on the mount. I don't think it is too much of an issue but since the locking feature is there I wanted to use it to protect my 60" TV from possible movement.

The handle on this screwdriver is comfortable to hold. It also has a magnetic tip to hold a screw, should that be necessary. It felt sturdy in my hand and I'm glad I made the purchase. I would recommend it to another buyer.
