My package quality and plastic housing condition upon receiving...

My package was listed in the tracking information via Amazon that it was out for delivery yesterday, May 13 2013. However, I did not actually receive my product until the following day. Upon receiving the package, the tape securing the box closed was cut through, appearing to have been previously opened. Fearing for my items, I looked inside. The wrenches were supposed to be stored in plastic housing, and the lids that opened to allow access to the wrenches were broken, some wrenches were at the bottom of the box, while other were in wrong compartments. The plastic casing of one of the sets broke so the covering is useless. This was a terrible shipping experience from Amazon, and the box was packaged extremely poorly. From the condition, I am glad I did not purchase something fragile

Yes I submitted something to Amazon, but want customers to know of how this item is shipped, so I would stay clear of this from here for a while until the problem is corrected. It seems like the delivery truck broke down, read that a box of wrenches were on board, and used my items to fix the truck... That is how the package and items look. Needless to say, I am not happy.
