This set up is perfect form point of kill to the freezer. The gut hook works great, just like a zipper! and regular blade is perfect for that work around the tail. The only problem is the locking tab can be hard to work at times, (could be mine is damaged I use it a lot). I also have the fillet knife set up and it's seems to switch blades better.
