The second reason I bought this knife is because it is an open assisted knife and I like the ease of opening the knife. My final reason is because of the overall shape and design of the knife. There is no other knife on the market that is designed like this one. This is a great knife and works perfectly, it was very sharp out of the box and no matter what I cut the cutting edge maintains its sharpness and doesn't dull easily.

Very handy piece of equipment. Highly recommended as an idea. Easy to hold due to large handle (can be a drawback at times in tight space) but on the whole helps spin nuts off very quickly and can get into some awkward spots. Not really meant to crack every tight nut but once cracked with a normal ratchet or better still a breaker bar chage over and then it's quick to take of and put nut back on. Not a snap on or similar in quality but no where near the price so very happy.

I received this vise, and I have been extremely happy so far. It attaches with three bolts (not included) and it is very heavy duty, and seems to be very strong. I have used it to hold my heavier chain saws while I sharpened them, and for a few smaller projects, and it has met my expectations completely. It has quite a large sliding mechanism, and the jaws open much wider than prior vises that I have had. I did have to clean it with WD40 to get the slightly sticky packing grease off, but after a fresh coat of lubrication oil, it works smoothly.
