The Chive is a Ken Onion design featuring a hollow-ground clip point blade of 420 stainless steel. with a An index trigger serves both as both an ambidextrous opening aid and as a finger guard when the blade is deployed. A push on the trigger activates the Speed Safe torsion bar technology to quickly spring the blade open. A notched thumb ramp of the blade provides a secure placement for the index finger or thumb to rest on during use.The chive also features a safety lock system to prevent accidental opening. A detachable metal pocket clip makes for easy carry.
